In our Science lesson this week we were using our knowledge of energy transfer to solve a problem.
Do you need a freezer to make ice-cream?
Parris explained what she did......
"First we measured out some cream, milk and chocolate powder into a cup and mixed it together. It looked like chocolate milk shake and not ice-cream so we put the cup in a bowl and put ice round it. Next we sprinkled salt on the ice to help the ice melt and freeze the mixture. It was really important not to stir the mixture because this would add energy to it and it would become warm again."
